EVENT: Save the Date! 2025 UC Cyber Security Summit Takes Place August 20 at UCLA

Save the date for the 16^th UC Cyber Security Summit – held at UCLA on August 20, 2025. Registration opens in June. The summit brings together people from across the university and beyond to discuss and learn about cybersecurity and cyber-risk management. 

Now is a good time to save the date and obtain your travel approvals.

UCLA Luskin Center – August 20, 2025 

Who’ll be there 
IT security and compliance professionals from UC, plus peers from California State University and California community colleges.

To learn, share information, and network with colleagues! Enjoy a full day of engaging discussions, informative sessions, entertainment, and valuable insights on cybersecurity and cyber-risk management.

Hotel information 
We have negotiated rates with the Luskin Conference Center. Details will be included on the registration site when registration opens in June.  

Cost and registration 
To stay true to the original intent of the summit, which is to host a relatively small event that promotes networking, we’re charging a nominal registration fee just as we did in 2024. This fee helps offset the many costs it requires to put this very worthwhile conference together. Dates are approximate at this time.
