n the last year, we had the opportunity to celebrate many of the accomplishments of the UC Tech community across 10,000 tech staff and another 10,000 tech-adjacent staff and supporters across 30+ UC locations and other legal entities, not to mention the broader community of those supporting tech at the university – from students and faculty to vendors. The combination of skill and drive is powerful and inspires the UC Tech news team each day.
In the year ahead, we are looking forward to sharing more about the tech community and your accomplishments through news, interviews, resources, job opportunities and other announcements. The goal is to support productive and meaningful work and careers through skill-development and networking.
We plan to grow the size of the community and expand representation, and hope that upcoming tech events, community celebrations and other learning and networking opportunities will help prompt you to exchange insights and views.
