The UC IT Leadership Academy brought together thirty-five IT professionals to learn from award-winning faculty at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, UC CIOs, and, of course, each other. During the first portion of the program, participants were introduced to the business school’s four defining principles of path-bending leaders . These principles not only define what it means to be a leader, but they define a culture in which burgeoning leaders and innovators flourish.
